RTP/TCP Pipe Production Line
Our RTP/TCP pipe production line produces Ø50–630 mm reinforced thermoplastic and thermoplastic composite pipe.
RTP (reinforced thermoplastic pipe) and TCP (thermoplastic composite pipe) are primarily used as high-pressure, non-metallic pipes in the oil and gas industries. They can also be used for water supply and district heating.
Compared with other high-pressure pipes, RTP/TCP pipe offers easy installation and connection, greater flexibility, long service life, low cost and reliable performance. Changing the inner-layer material allows the pipe to operate at different temperatures and under different conditions, while the reinforcement material and number of winding machines determine the required pressure rating.

Servo-driven winding machines provide accurate layering and winding control.
Winding speed adjusts automatically with the production-line speed to maintain the required winding angle.
Closed-loop control maintains accurate, stable and constant tape tension.
The quantity of winding machines is configured for the reinforcement material and required pipe pressure.
Compatible reinforcement materials include glass-fiber tape, aramid tape and steel-wire tape.
One-step and two-step production configurations are available.
