PE Hollow Wall Winding Pipe Extrusion Line
Our PE hollow wall winding pipe extrusion machine produces Ø200–3000 mm pipe, with model configurations extending to Ø3200 mm.
Xinrongplas participated in drafting the national standard for hollow wall winding pipe. The pipe is mainly used for water drainage, similar to double wall corrugated pipe.
Compared with double wall corrugated pipe, hollow wall winding pipe offers lower machinery investment and supports larger pipe diameters. Different profile-tube designs allow production of different ring-stiffness classes for varied operating conditions.

The line can work with a socket-and-spigot injection machine to support convenient pipe connection.
With selected component changes, the line can produce multi-layer winding pipe with different wall structures.
