PE Pipe Extrusion Line
Our PE pipe extrusion machine can produce PE pipe in sizes from Ø16 to Ø2000 mm.
PE pipes can be used for water supply, gas supply, water drainage, liquid transportation, electrical conduit and related applications.
The extrusion machine can process several PO materials, including PP, PPR, PERT, PB and PEX-B. Available configurations include normal- or high-speed lines, single- or multi-layer lines, and single- or double-strand lines. Turnkey solutions with auxiliary equipment such as mixers, shredders and crushers are also available.

Machine Main Feature
A 38:1 or 40:1 L/D-ratio screw enables high-output extrusion at low melt temperature and with low power consumption.
The die head incorporates core cooling and internal pipe air cooling to support good pipe forming.
The vacuum tank can be fitted with automatic vacuum-degree control for automatic water-level and vacuum control, helping reduce long-term power consumption.
An optional gravimetric dosing system simplifies operation, accurately controls wall thickness and meter weight, and displays power consumption per unit pipe weight.
With selected component changes, the line can also produce PP, PPR, PERT, PB, PEX-B and other PO pipes.
With selected component changes, the line can produce single- or multi-layer pipe in single- or double-strand configurations.
