PVC Pipe Extrusion Line
Our PVC pipe extrusion machine can produce PVC pipes in sizes from Ø16 to Ø1000 mm.
PVC pipes can be used for water supply, water drainage, liquid transportation, electrical conduit and related applications.
The line can produce UPVC, CPVC, PVC-O, PVC-M and other PVC pipes. Available configurations include normal- or high-speed lines, single- or multi-layer lines, and single- or double-strand lines.
Turnkey solutions are available with auxiliary machinery such as mixers, shredders, crushers and pulverizers.

Machine Main Feature
The vacuum tank can be fitted with automatic vacuum-degree control for automatic water-level and vacuum control, helping reduce long-term power consumption.
Swarfless knife cutters and planetary saw cutters are available, both with chamfering functions.
An optional gravimetric dosing system simplifies operation, accurately controls wall thickness and meter weight, and displays power consumption per unit pipe weight.
With selected component changes, the line can also produce CPVC, PVC-O, PVC-M and other PVC pipes.
With selected component changes, the line can produce single- or multi-layer pipe in single- or double-strand configurations.
