PEX-AL-PEX Pipe Machine
Our PEX-AL-PEX composite pipe extrusion line produces five-layer pipes from Ø16 to Ø63 mm.
PEX-AL-PEX pipe has a five-layer structure: plastic, adhesive, aluminum, adhesive and plastic. The aluminum layer is formed by ultrasonic overlap welding.
The machine forms all five layers in one step, saving floor space and improving production stability. Yield can reach 98%, and the integrated process supports higher line speeds.
Because all materials are extruded and integrated at one time without reheating, one-step production provides reliable adhesion between layers and consistent pipe quality.
