PPR Pipe Extrusion Line
Our PPR pipe extrusion machine produces PPR pipes from Ø16 to Ø160 mm, with larger sizes available on request.
PPR pipe is mainly used for cold- and hot-water supply systems.
With an additional extruder and a modified die-head structure, the machine can also produce PPR fiberglass composite pipe. Available configurations include normal- or high-speed lines, single- or multi-layer lines, and single- or double-strand lines.

Machine Main Feature
A 38:1 or 40:1 L/D-ratio screw enables high-output extrusion at low melt temperature and with low power consumption.
The vacuum tank can be fitted with automatic vacuum-degree control for automatic water-level and vacuum control, helping reduce long-term power consumption.
An optional gravimetric dosing system simplifies operation, accurately controls wall thickness and meter weight, and displays power consumption per unit pipe weight.
